Vivark launches affordable care equipment service to take the stress out of at-home care
North West-based facilities management company, Vivark, has launched a new service, Vivark Care, to provide high quality and affordable independent living aids and equipment for residents across the region with a current care need who are looking to maintain an independent and active lifestyle.
With customers at the heart of its service offering, the equipment offered by Vivark Care has been carefully selected in order to provide cost effective solutions to everyday challenges faced by individuals and families in local communities – allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own home for longer.
Available from this month, the wide range of independent living aids include walking frames, wheelchairs, scooters, stair lifts, accessories for safer bathing such as shower seats and bath lifts, as well as safety features for ease of access into the home.
Customers that opt to use the new care service will have access to expert advice regarding which products are best suited to their current care needs and will be able to seek guidance on questions they may have about potential future adaptations work that may need to be considered.
To add further flexibility for customers, Vivark Care can be accessed via the brand new website, over the phone or through a handy demonstration at one of many nearby local facilities.
Each item has been competitively priced to offer better value for money when compared to high street alternatives, ensuring those using the service do not spend more than necessary on care equipment.
The new service further complements Vivark’s existing Care and Repair handyperson services, which offer additional assistance with fitting and installation of any of Vivark’s independent living equipment or adaptations works.
